Shipping + Delivery

All orders are shipped out of Florida from Monday to Friday.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on Saturday,Sunday, or any national holiday, will be processed within the following 1-3 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.

We are not able to update any shipping address after it has been input in your order, therefore we advise you to check this information before completing your order

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Estimated Domestic Rates + Shipping timelines:
Standard $10: 3-7 business days
Expedited $30: 2 business days
Overnight $50: 1 business day

We offer free standard shipping on U.S orders of $150+

 

We currently only offer shipping to the U.S and are working to expand.

Important to note:  Shipping time stated is an estimate and may experience unexpected delays caused by uncontrollable factors, such as bad weather, natural disasters, shortage of resources (trucks/drivers), accidents, and so on. Noneofthebs will make every effort to process and ship out orders as quickly as we can. Once a shipment leaves our facility with a package carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx), we are unable to control the transit speed of the delivery. Therefore, any delays once shipped are caused by the courier services and we cannot be held liable for delays.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us at hello@noneofthebs.com and we will resend the email.

 

DAMAGES

noneofthebs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
